Proven experience configuring RAN core network elements and user equipment.
Proficiency with Linux and Windows operating system configuration.
Hands-on experience with RF lab equipment such as network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators.
Detailed understanding of applicable wireless technologies (e.g., LTE, 5G-NR) and industry standards (e.g., 3GPP).
Experience with network configurations such as DHCP, VLANs, IPv4, and IPv6.
Familiarity with synchronization solutions such as PTP and SyncE.
Experience with Atlassian JIRA and Bitbucket.
Expertise in test execution, results collection, and report generation.
Experience with Open RAN is a plus.
Capable of completing both manual and automated test cases.
Skilled in developing and detailing test cases and results.
Ability to work with customers and partners in a professional manner.
Knowledge of AISG/ALD devices is a plus.
Proficiency in scripting or programming, preferably in Python and Shell.



Job Responsibilities:

Perform system-level radio verification, ensuring flawless performance.
Perform new feature and regression verification on a sprint cadence to ensure quality.
Provide support for new product integration and verification at customer and partner locations, ensuring seamless implementation.
Advocate for the customer or partner within the product development team to ensure their needs are strictly met.
Perform troubleshooting to determine the root cause of performance issues and test failures at various levels of the protocol stack.



Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
