Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lending Manager (Front End) to manage
and scale a team involved in bridge loan processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team of Loan Assistants and Bridge Loan
Specialists, ensuring performance meets company goals
Oversee the bridge loan pipeline from setup through closing,
providing coaching and feedback
Identify gaps in processes and policies, and implement necessary
changes for efficiency
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in a
leadership role
Experience with Encompass LOS and managing mortgage loan processing
and underwriting
Knowledge of FHA, VA, and Conventional mortgage products and
related compliance regulations
Proven success in remote work environments with distributed
teams
High school diploma or equivalent experience
