(approximately 40 hours per week) based out of our Bordentown, NJ
financial center in Burlington County. Must be available to be
scheduled around (no Sundays).The Relationship Banker is
responsible for providing an exceptional Financial Center customer
experience by handling every customer need from service to sales
with passion and enthusiasm. This role provides customers with a
one stop experience to fulfill all their financial needs including
account opening, lending, partner sales referrals, maintenance, and
transaction processing. Incumbents will focus on customer-centric
conversations to deepen relationships and become a trusted advisor.
Actively promote a variety of banking solutions to enhance a
customer's service experience and achieve their financial goals.
Responsible for sales expectations that contribute to the growth
and success of the financial center.Responsibilities
- Drive proactive sales conversations by engaging in outbound
campaign calls, handling inbound contact center inquiries through
participation in Fulton Banks Distributed Work model, scheduling
appointments, and actively engaging customers in the lobby as well
as during transaction processing. Use digital tools to proactively
demonstrate digital solutions to customers, with the goal to
identify sales opportunities and convert them into tangible
outcomes to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Advance personal knowledge of sales techniques and utilize the
CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system and other resources
to foster relationship-building conversations with customers and to
ensure a consistent approach to new customer onboarding and
expanding existing relationships.
- Manage risk by maintaining compliance with applicable
regulations and Fulton policies and procedures, while demonstrating
sound judgment within established limits.
- Leverage practical knowledge and understanding of digital
solutions and technology to support customers and solve
problems.Additional Responsibilities
- May serve as a Notary Public for their financial center.
QualificationsEducationHigh School Diploma or equivalent.
(Required)Experience2 or more years customer service or sales
experience. (Required)Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a

salary range may vary based on geographic location.The hourly rate
