The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving brand growth through impactful partnerships, growth marketing, and community engagement, particularly in Web3 or tech.About the RoleAs the Head of Growth at ENS, you will define and drive the overall growth and marketing strategy for ENS, elevating and expanding the brand among both mainstream consumers and the Web3 community, and driving a deeper understanding of the value proposition.In this role, you will blend strategic vision with hands-on execution to lead a cross-functional team, unlock new growth opportunities, and cultivate impactful partnerships. This is an opportunity to lead growth at the intersection of decentralized tech, Web3, and digital identity, positioning ENS as a household name and core component of the decentralized web.What You'll Do

• Brand Awareness & Positioning: Develop a brand strategy for ENS that resonates with both crypto-native and mainstream audiences, driving visibility and trust among key companies in tech, finance, and e-commerce.
• Strategic Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and build high-impact partnerships to expand ENS's reach, evaluate potential integrations, and create mutual value across ecosystems.
• Community Building & Evangelism: Develop and execute strategies for social media, content, and ecosystem growth, while organizing key events and fostering long-term relationships with partners, advocates, and influencers.
• Team Leadership: Lead a high-performing, cross-functional team by providing strategic direction, mentorship, and opportunities for growth and development.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product, engineering, business development, and community teams to align and drive growth initiatives across the organization.
• Scale and Innovate: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive movements to continually refine growth strategies and drive scalable innovation.Who You Are
  • Growth Expert: You bring 8-10+ years of experience driving growth, business development, or marketing in the crypto or broader tech ecosystem, or comparable experience in Venture Capital.
  • Proven Leader: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and scale diverse, global teams to deliver impactful results.
  • Experienced in Web3: Deep understanding of the blockchain space, particularly Ethereum and scaling solutions that power the decentralized web.
  • Strategic Executor: A top-tier project manager who excels at juggling complex, high-priority initiatives and delivering results at speed.
  • Innovative & Creative: You possess a growth hacker mindset, consistently testing new ideas and challenging the status quo to unlock exponential growth.
