About this role:The Learning Solutions Designer is an integral
part of Gartner's HR Global Learning and Development Solutions
team. In this position, you will design, deliver and curate
learning experiences for Gartner associates globally. You will
collaborate with stakeholders across the organization including
Leadership Effectiveness and Development, Sales Learning and
Development and IT Learning and Development to deliver and consult
on learning experiences to improve business performance. This role
requires a high degree of independent problem solving, stakeholder
management, excellent communication skills and a client-first
approach.This role will report to the Associate Director, Global
Learning and Development Solutions.What you'll do:
- Design and develop learner-centered, performance-based
solutions using adult learning methodologies and a variety of
delivery methods (e-learning, instructor-led training, online
classrooms, virtual learning environments, performance support,
distance learning, job aids, etc).
- Create highly effective interactive content using appropriate
authoring systems and software applications as needed.
- Ensure the instructional content adheres to quality standards
and supports learning outcomes.
- Develop a working knowledge of all aspects of the business and
draw on the professional expertise of subject matter experts for
content development.
- Effectively oversee activities and adhere to project scope,
timelines, budget and priorities.
- Collaborate with Program Managers to evaluate effectiveness of
programs, including development of learning metrics. Take ownership
in providing recommendations on curriculum strategy, revisions and
maintenance to improve learning outcomes and effectiveness.
- Create and maintain consistency of content development
standards, quality expectations, and instructional design
processes.
- Proactively collaborate with team members,
subject-matter-experts, and business leaders.What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in instructional design, multi-media, graphic
design, digital marketing, fine arts, or related discipline
preferred and/or 3-5 years of relevant, practical experience in
learning and development.
- Proven experience designing blended learning experiences and
working within a full cycle of instructional design including
analysis, design, development and delivery.
- Understanding of learning technology and how it supports
learning initiatives.
- Exceptional writing, design and editing skills.
- Ability to solve problems and manage input from multiple
stakeholders; providing potential solutions when there is
uncertainty and facilitating decision-making.
- A collaborative, team player attitude with a strong focus on
delivering for impact.
- Strong execution and client-first approach.
- Ability to pivot and remain agile in a rapidly evolving
environment.
- Proficiency with Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate.
- Passion, creativity and a positive outlook with a commitment to
excellence and high standards.

and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range
for this role is 76,000 USD - 106,260 USD. Please note that actual
salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range,
based on factors including, but not limited to, education,
training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and
location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in
either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual
performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Our
