Position Overview:

This service connects individuals with human services and community resources to meet their needs. It supports initiatives like the Philadelphia Anti-Gun Violence Hotline, a dedicated resource for addressing gun violence. Trained staff handle calls and connect individuals to the appropriate support services in the community

Resource Navigator Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday: 12PM-8PM or 3PM-11PM
• Pay Rate: $15 per hour, increases to $16 after 250 hours worked.
• Type: 1 year long contract! Resource Navigator Job Description:
  • Handle inbound calls, texts, and chats with professionalism, empathy, and adherence to quality standards, including timely follow-up and escalation as needed.
  • Accurately input data, maintain detailed records (including timekeeping), and document all interactions using required systems and tools.
  • Attend and actively participate in training sessions, meetings, and outreach events, including those outside regular working hours. Resource Navigator Job Requirements:
    • Required: High School Diploma or GED and at least two years of customer service experience in a call center setting.
    • Role is 100% remote, need to be a Philadelphia resident.
