Job Description:
A company is looking for a Workflow Documentation Coordinator to
resolve complex customer service issues and support Customer
Experience Specialists.
Key Responsibilities
Provide top-tier support and troubleshoot complex escalated
inquiries
Mentor Customer Experience Specialists and collaborate with other
departments for long-term solutions
Draft, publish, and maintain web alerts and plan change
communications
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
At least 1 year of experience in an Allied call center handling
inbound consumer support
High school diploma required; some college preferred
Proven success in Quality Assurance and Customer Satisfaction
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office applications
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
