A company is looking for a Complaints and Issues Specialist

Key Responsibilities
Process customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in compliance
with regulatory requirements
Document issues and responses to ensure regulatory compliance and
support investigations for resolution
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution
and support the development of related policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required
1 - 2 years of related experience preferred
Vocational or technical education may be required
Experience in customer service, grievances, and appeals
preferred
Experience in Medicare is preferred
