Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Solutions Support Specialist
I to provide customer support and technical assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist OSHA students with course-related inquiries and collaborate
with trainers for reporting
Identify technical issues and collaborate with teams for effective
resolution
Manage Help Desk tickets and ensure a seamless customer
experience
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate Degree preferred
2+ years of experience in a high-volume call center preferred
1+ year of technical experience preferred; familiarity with Help
Desk systems is advantageous
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products required
Understanding of Learning Management Systems is a plus
