Job Description:
A company is looking for a People Insights Partner to join their
People Insights team.
Key Responsibilities
Understand business stakeholder needs and translate them into
analytical projects for actionable insights
Collaborate with team members to deliver scalable and relevant
insights
Act as a subject matter expert on high-priority projects aligned
with company objectives
Required Qualifications
Six or more years of experience in People Analytics, Talent
Management, or Organizational Development
Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices
Proficiency in SQL and another data manipulation programming
language
Experience with storytelling through data and familiarity with data
visualization tools
5+ years of experience working with various types of people data in
an applied setting
