Business Resiliency Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Business Resiliency Specialist to execute and maintain a comprehensive business resiliency and continuity program.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing and maintaining business impact assessment (BIA) and business recovery plan (BRP) documents
Coordinate and document business resiliency testing exercises and conduct post-mortem follow-ups
Support event response activities, including monitoring, communication, and documentation

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or related field
2+ years of experience in enterprise business continuity activities
Experience in business continuity within a financial organization
Knowledge of FINRA and SEC business continuity regulatory requirements
Preferred business continuity certification (CBCP, CBCI)
