Job Description:
A company is looking for a Title Examiner - Residential, Senior,
Commercial.
Key Responsibilities
Search title records and create accurate title commitments for
basic to moderately complex title orders
Examine documents in the chain of title for validity and prepare
final title products
Interact with customers to resolve title issues and coordinate with
underwriting attorneys as needed
Required Qualifications
Florida title examination experience is required
High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of the title insurance and information industry is
required
Basic math proficiency and ability to learn basic to moderate
mapping
Ability to work in a time-sensitive production environment
