Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Provide timely feedback and resolve client issues related to
customs documentation
Troubleshoot application issues and maintain customer incident
information
Assist clients in using systems and ensure proper escalation of
calls
Required Qualifications
University or College level in a computer science or technology
program (or equivalent)
Minimum of 2 years' experience in an application support
environment
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
effectively
Service-oriented and solution-driven mindset
Experience with SAP CRM is highly preferred
