Job Description:
A company is looking for a Travel Contact Center Sales Associate
to support sales and service for travel products.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Members/non-Members with travel reservations via phone,
email, and web chat
Book and counsel on domestic air, rail, hotel, and car
reservations
Maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat
business
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
18 months of sales/customer service experience, preferably in a
call center
Stable, high-speed, hard-wired internet connection required
Ability to work weekends, overtime, and/or holidays as needed
A quiet, private workspace free from distractions
